Navigate to Personal Info > My Personal data to consult your personal data. Any competition results are provisional test results that will be deleted before the competitions start.
We had to adjust the programme for various reasons. The information in the programme leaflet and on the back of your badge may vary slightly. You can find the most recent programme on the congress website Congress info > Congress programme.
The opening and welcome drink take place in the Concert room of the St Georges' Hall. Use the northern entrance (William Brown Street). Please arrive well in time, as the opening starts promptly. Expect a 10-minute walk from Adelphi Hotel. And don't forget your congress badge! You won't be admitted without it!
At arrival you can collect your congress documents at the reception desk in the Hypostyle Bar of Adelphi hotel. For access to the opening ceremony and welcome cocktail you definitely need your badge. For all other events and excursions you need the correct ticket.
You find the opening hours of the reception desk in the congress programme. On Friday 24th July the reception desk is open from 17.30 to 20.30 and on the weekend, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July, from 07.30/08.00 until 16.00.
Don't forget to bring an adapter for British electricity access. Just to be sure, please bring an extension cable to connect to the electricity supply.
The height of the tables is 72 cm. All chairs are adjustable in height.

Dictations for Speech Capturing (SC), Real Time (RT) and Note Taking (NT) competitions will be organized simultaneously for up to eight languages in one room with an infrared broadcasting system. We advise to bring your own wired headphones. See infrared.php for more information.
