For the first time at Intersteno Congress Liverpool 2026, we are pleased to introduce this new demonstration discipline.

This exciting new event brings teamwork, speed and strategy together in a dynamic relay format. Each country may register one national team consisting of:

• 4 competitors (standard form)
• Exceptionally 3 competitors (in countries where a 4th competitor is unavailable)

Each competitor types for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, continuing exactly where the previous teammate stopped.

• One team = one country
• One shared document per team (except in countries where more official languages are used)
• Same laptop for all team members
• Live audience viewing in competition room
• Real-time public display of team progress on screen
• Live streaming on Intersteno social media channels

Registration

Each country may register one team only. Registrations must be submitted via Microsoft Office Forms using the following link: TEAM RELAY TYPING COMPETITION REGISTRATION FORM before 1st of June 2026.

Registration is done by one contact person per country who registers the four team members to avoid that individuals use the form.
