Congress card

Compulsory for all congress participants!

Price includes:

• Congress bag and badge, congress program
• Access to congress venues
• Access to competition training
• Access to exhibition area
• Access to conferences on Tuesday
• Youth event (up to 26 years)*
• Access to prize giving ceremony

*Participation to the youth event is charged at € 10,00. This fee is given back in goodies to those who effectively participate in the youth event.

Normal tariff	€ 230,00
Reduced tariff*	€ 185,00
After 15th May 2026	€ 260,00

*Reduced tariff is automatically granted to young persons (born in 2001 and later)

Accompanying parents

Young competitors - up to the age of 18 - can be accompanied by 1 or 2 parents, paying a contribution as accompanying parent (€ 50,00/person), which gives access to both the opening and the prize giving ceremony.

In the registration procedure, young competitors can enter the names of their parents, as far as they are accompanying them.

Competition fee

• Basic fee gives access to max. 3 competitions. Competitors in more competitions pay € 10,00/competition extra.
  E.g.: a competitor with 5 competitions pays 50,00+(2*10,00) = € 70,00.
• Congress card is compulsory!
