Museum of Liverpool
Adelphi Hotel, Ranelagh St, Liverpool, L3 5U
Perfectly positioned in the centre of Liverpool, the Adelphi Hotel is our main congress venue where most of the congress activities will be centralized. The Adelphi Hotel is only 3 minutes walk from Lime Street Train Station and has some of the country’s best shopping and nightlife right on its doorstep. The Waterfront Royal Albert Dock is less than a 20-minute walk from Adelphi hotel.
The Adelphi is a stunning Grade II listed Edwardian style building. Its extravagant interior has a mixture of old and new. Sweeping staircases and classic features retain the hotels' traditional charm while modern amenities mean a comfortable stay. The hotel is continuously being renovated.
The 55th Intersteno congress is organized with the important cooperation of BIVR, the British Institute of Verbatim Reporters.
More information on the congress will be gradually added to this website in the coming months. Registrations to the congress will open beginning January 2026.
